2008 Youth Art Month Exhibit
Held in the Nebraska State Office Building in downtown Lincoln, this is one of the big events to celebrate Youth Art Month. The exhibit displays the work of students from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

For those who elect on their Permission Form to participate, artwork of students participating in Youth Art Month can have their artwork on the NDE Visual and Performing Arts Education website.

Congressional Arts Caucus' An Artistic Discovery
The Congressional Arts Caucus annually sponsors an art competition. Artwork from high school students across the nation is submitted locally for competition. One work from each of the three congressional districts will be selected for display in the nation's capitol. Each teacher may submit two artworks. Please read the instructions carefully. Submitted artwork and paperwork that does not strictly follow the guidelines will be disqualified from consideration.
